Logging In & First Steps

Once your account is set up, here's what to do when you first log in to GroundedAg.

Logging In​

  1. Web Application: Visit the GroundedAg web portal and enter your email and password
  2. Mobile Apps: Open the iOS or Android app and log in with the same credentials
  3. Remember Login: Both platforms offer an option to stay logged in (for security, disable this on shared devices)

After You Log In​

Selecting Your Organization​

If you have access to multiple organizations, you'll see a dropdown to select which one you're working with. This ensures you only see data relevant to your current organization.

  • Web: You'll see a sidebar menu with main sections (Home, Fields, Reports, Settings)
  • Mobile: Swipe or tap the bottom navigation tabs to move between sections

Key Areas to Explore​

  1. Home/Map Tab - View your fields and active scouting reports
  2. Fields - Manage field boundaries and metadata
  3. Reports - View historical scouting reports and analytics
  4. Settings - Update profile, organization settings, and preferences

Permissions & Access​

Your access level depends on your role:

  • Admin - Full access to all features and settings
  • Scout - Can create and edit scouting reports
  • Viewer - Can only view reports and data (read-only)

If you believe you need different permissions, contact your organization administrator.

Troubleshooting Login Issues​

Can't remember your password?

  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen
  • Enter your email address
  • Follow the password reset link sent to your email
