Creating Your Account

Getting started with GroundedAg is simple. Follow these steps to create your account.

Step 1: Go to the Sign Up Page​

Visit the GroundedAg web application or open the mobile app (iOS or Android) and tap "Create an Account" or "Sign Up".

Step 2: Enter Your Information​

You'll need to provide:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address (must be valid and unique)
  • Password (must be at least 8 characters)
  • Organization (your company or farm name)

Step 3: Verify Your Email​

After signing up, check your email for a verification link. Click the link to confirm your email address. This is required before you can log in.

Email Not Received?

Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it, you can request a new verification email from the login page.

Step 4: Log In​

Once your email is verified, you can log in with your credentials. You'll be ready to start creating scouting reports!

Setting Up Your Organization​

When you first log in, you may need to configure your organization settings:

  1. Create a Grower - Add farmers/growers you work with
  2. Add Farms - Create farms associated with each grower
  3. Upload Fields - Add field boundaries and details
